This premiere episode starts positively as we hear Darren Roberts, the Athertons trainer, explain how for the first winter in two years the family are actually all fit and healthy and ready to tackle the season ahead. We also learn of the familys specific goals for 2010, in particular Dans goal of racing BMX this year, and aspiration to make the British BMX Olympic Team. With a slew of new kit and new bikes, we follow the siblings to the Maxxis Cup in Gouveia, Lisbon for the first race of the year. Will one of them get off to a flyer and get a podium finish?
